Adventures are simple quests for your hero. There's nothing to do inside an adventure: your hero only has to travel to the adventure's location on the map. When the hero gets there, it explores the spot and, if it survives, returns to its village on its own.
You can see your adventures on the map and as a full list in the hero panel.

Adventures appear randomly around:
Your capital
Any village that has a Hero’s Mansion
They do not depend on the hero’s home village or the hero’s current location.
Adventures get harder over time. Before you send your hero, the list shows whether an adventure is normal or hard. Hard adventures are marked with a skull icon.
Normal adventures: little damage, less experience.
Hard adventures: more damage, twice the experience, and often bigger rewards.
A hero with full health (100%) usually survives hard adventures. The type of location (oasis, wilderness, Natar village, mountains and so on) doesn't affect the damage.
To take less damage, raise your hero's fighting strength:
equip items that add fighting strength
put skill points into fighting strength when your hero levels up
The adventure page offers two optional ad videos. Each bonus applies to your next adventure, and the page shows "Active for next adventure" while it's waiting.
Shorter adventure: your hero's next adventure takes 25% less time.
Harder adventure: your next normal adventure becomes a hard one, for more experience. This switches every adventure shown in the list to hard, not just one.
An ad can take a few seconds to load, and each ad runs for about 30 seconds.
Your hero can find several types of rewards:
nothing (only damage and experience)
items (armour, weapons, other equipment)
silver
resources, which go into the hero's inventory. Move them from there to your village, or they won't help you build.
scattered troops, which join your village
The first 10 adventures always give fixed rewards in this order:
Horse
Resources
Units
Silver
Ointment
Book of Wisdom
Resources
Silver
Cages
Experience only (replaced with resources on game worlds with item crafting)
After the first 10, reward outcomes are random for all players. Resources, silver, nothing, and common consumables are the most common rewards. Valuable hero items are rare: only a few may appear in 100 adventures. Early in a gameworld, not all equipment items are available until after 60 adventures have been completed.
Items found early in the game are always tier 1. As the gameworld ages, tier 2 and tier 3 items begin to appear.
Adventures never expire, but their rewards depend on when they were created. If an adventure spawned before tier 2 items were available, it will not contain tier 2 even if completed later.
At the start of the game, every player begins with 3 adventures.
More adventures appear regularly, though the rate decreases over time. On a normal x1 server:
Days 0–2: ~3 per day
Days 3–16: ~2 per day
Days 17–63: ~1.5 per day
Day 64 onward: ~1 per day
During the first 24 hours, this results in approximately 5–6 total adventures.
There is natural randomness, so some days may generate fewer or none. Saving one adventure from a previous day helps with daily task completion.
Spawn rates scale with server speed. For example, on a x3 gameworld:
Day 0: 9 per day
Days 1–5.33: 6 per day
Days 5.33–21: ~4.5 per day
Day 21 onward: 3 per day
A dead hero can't go on adventures, so you lose this income until the hero is revived. Reviving costs resources and time, and both grow with the hero's level. For example, a level-7 hero cost about 5,200 resources in total and 8 hours to revive. A Bucket revives the hero immediately.
Keep your hero's health up before hard adventures and oasis fights.
