Have questions after reading the rules or getting banned? This guide answers common concerns and helps you avoid accidental violations.
Yes, but follow these rules:
Resource limits for raiding/sending apply automatically.
Never share passwords, even with family. Use a unique password that others don’t know or might guess (e.g., pet names, birthdays).
Don’t save passwords in the browser. This is treated the same as sharing.
Always log out when switching users.
Use the sitter feature if you want to help another player.
Yes. Same rules as with shared devices:
Resource limits are automatically applied.
Never share passwords.
Use the sitter function to help others.
You can be banned just for sharing or requesting a password. This alone violates the rules—even if the password wasn’t used.
You can only play one avatar per gameworld. Playing on another via password—even with permission—is multi-accounting.
Use the sitter feature instead.
Don’t register avatars for friends; they must create their own via the Lobby.
Invite duals through the Lobby. They must accept via their own account.
Never share your Lobby password.
Changing avatars as a dual:
Cancel from the current avatar, then accept a new invite.
Don’t switch avatars back and forth—it’s considered abuse.
Delete your avatar yourself via Options > Avatar > Delete avatar.
Want to start fresh? Use the abandon avatar option.
Do not create a new Lobby account—stick to your existing one.
You may use addons if they don’t change, automate, or interact with the game.
Supported browsers: Chrome, Firefox, Opera, Edge, Safari. Others may risk automation.
Use only unmodified browsers.
Even if unintentional, gaining an advantage from bots, multi accounts, or sellers breaks the rules. Penalties still apply.
Messages about selling/buying avatars are considered violations. Don’t joke or mislead others with such messages.
We prohibit private farms (avatars existing to benefit others) outside alliances/confederacies.
Creating villages to be conquered or raided by outsiders violates this rule.
Punishment applies to both the farm and the raiders.
Yes:
Raiding is limited by automatic pushing protection.
Conquering is allowed if players enable it in their residence settings.
Once outside, pushing limits no longer apply. Raiding them may be seen as farming—this is a violation, even if they left temporarily.
Yes. Inactives are fair game and not considered private farms.
We can tell the difference. Don’t worry—we won’t punish normal gameplay.
Yes. Even without an alliance, you cannot be or use a private farm.
If multiple confederacy members raid the same private farm, all may be penalized—whether it’s for individuals or alliances.
You're responsible for everything that happens on your avatar. Both the avatar and the sitter/dual can be punished.
Only trust reliable people with access.
Punishments vary based on severity and history of violations.
