Cleopatra is the first Governor introduced in Travian: Legends. She can increase a village’s crop production.
Her abilities depend on her level and on the Hero’s Mansion and oases connected to the village.
Level 1. Cleopatra increases crop production by 5% if the village has no occupied oases.
Level 2. The bonus increases to 10%, with the same requirement.
Level 3. Cleopatra increases crop production by 15% if the village has no occupied oases. She also adds 25% if the village has a Hero’s Mansion with at least one unused oasis slot.
Level 4. The first bonus increases to 20%. The second remains at 25%. The requirements are the same as at level 3.
Level 5. The first bonus is replaced with a 25% bonus that has no requirements. The second remains at 25%, with the same requirement as at level 3.
Depending on which requirements are met, Cleopatra may provide one bonus, both bonuses, or neither. If both are active, they are added together.
Example 1:
Cleopatra is at level 3. The village has a level 15 Hero’s Mansion and one occupied oasis. Her first bonus is inactive because the village has an occupied oasis. Her second bonus is active because a level 15 Hero’s Mansion has two oasis slots, one of which is unused. Cleopatra therefore increases crop production by 25%.
Example 2:
Cleopatra is at level 4. The village has a level 10 Hero’s Mansion and no occupied oases. Both bonuses are active, so Cleopatra increases crop production by 45% (20% + 25%).
Cleopatra’s crop production bonus works like bonuses from oases and buildings. For example, a 25% bonus from Cleopatra has the same effect as a 25% crop oasis.
Cleopatra gains experience from the crop produced in the village where she is active. The full production amount counts, including all bonuses, before crop consumption by the population and troops.

Cleopatra requires Cleopatra Stars to be unlocked and to increase her maximum Level.
