# Travian Tournament - Finals Entry Key

Who gets a Finals key, how it is sent, and what to do if yours is missing

You can only register for the **Travian Tournament Finals** with an **entry key**. Most keys go to successful players from the Qualification rounds, and a few more are given out in a wild card raffle. This article explains who gets a key, how it reaches you, and what to do if you can't find it.

## Who gets a Finals key

At the end of a Qualification round, you get **one entry key** if you:

-   have **10 or more villages** and stayed active until the round ended, or
    
-   are in the **top 100** of the offence or defence ranking, or
    
-   own a **Wonder of the World at level 1 or higher**.
    

You get only one reward per game world. If you qualify for several prizes, you get the one for your best result. Players in the top 20, or holding the winning Wonder of the World, get Gold vouchers instead: see [Travian Tournament - Prizes](https://support.travian.com/articles/109).

-   The key goes to the **avatar owner** only. Duals of the avatar don't receive a key.
    
-   Avatars deleted for **breaking the game rules** don't receive a key.
    
-   Keys **aren't given out on request**. You can only get one by qualifying, or through the wild card raffle when it's offered.
    

### Wild card raffle

If you didn't qualify, you can enter the wild card raffle a few weeks before the Finals start. Dates are announced in the news and the game world calendar on travian.com.

## How you receive your key

-   Keys are sent **once the Qualification rounds have ended**.
    
-   Your key is sent **by email** to the email address of your account. If you changed your email address, the key goes to your **latest** address.
    
-   Registration for the Finals closes about **10 days after the Finals start**. Make sure you have your key in time.

## I can't find my key

1.  Check that you met one of the requirements above at the **end** of the Qualification round.
    
2.  Check the inbox of your account's current email address, and your **Spam**, **Trash** and **Promotions** folders.
    
3.  Make sure your email address is correct and can receive emails, for example that the mailbox isn't full.
    
4.  Still nothing, or you deleted the email? Contact Customer Service and include the details below.
    

### What to send Customer Service

-   your **Qualification game world** (America, Arabics, Asia or Europe)
    
-   your **avatar name** there
    
-   the **email address of your account**
    
-   why you qualified: number of villages, your rank, or your Wonder of the World
    

**Never send your password.** Customer Service will never ask for it.

## Good to know

-   The Finals take place on one global game world in the International region, starting in November.
    
-   You can only transfer Gold to a Finals avatar with a Gold Transfer Link from a Tournament game world.
    
-   If you win a prize in the Finals, you need to contact Travian after the Finals to claim it, as described in the Tournament Terms and Conditions.
