Reports

What are Reports?

Reports notify you about events related to your avatar — for example:

  • When you are attacked or attack someone else.

  • When you send or receive reinforcements.

  • When nearby activities happen (see Vicinity Reports below).

Battle Reports

You will receive a complete battle report only if one of the following conditions applies:

  • You were the defender, or

  • You were the attacker and at least one troop survived, or

  • You were the attacker and killed at least 25% of the enemy troops.

If you send reinforcements, the report will only show your troop losses.

If there are reinforcements from more than 10 villages and the attack causes no losses, reinforcers do not receive a report for that battle.

Alliance Reports

If you are part of an alliance, you have a special overview tab that displays:

  • Incoming and outgoing attacks for your alliance.

  • The option to filter by report type (e.g., defence, attack, scouting).

This overview may also show older reports than those visible in your personal default view.

Sharing Battle Reports

You can choose to share battle reports with your alliance or with all players on the same server.

Each report link contains two parts:

  • The report ID, and

  • A unique code that grants public access.

Alliance-only link

Example:
ts1.x1.international.travian.com/berichte.php?id=1168740
➡ Only alliance members and sitters can view it.

Public server-wide link

Example:
ts1.x1.international.travian.com/berichte.php?id=1168740|6063be47
Everyone on the same server can view it.

The part after the “|” is visible only in your own reports, not in the alliance attack overview.
You can decide whether to share the full link or the limited version.

Sorting Reports

You can sort your reports by date, in ascending or descending order, by selecting the “Received” column header.

Vicinity Reports (Surrounding Reports)

These reports inform you about events near your location, even if you were not directly involved.
They are not shown with a notification, but can be viewed under Surrounding Reports in your reports tab.

You’ll see:

  • The time, date, and details of the event.

  • The attacker’s name only in some cases.

Examples of events that generate vicinity reports:

  • Conquering or plundering oases.

  • Battles in nearby villages.

  • Founding new villages or when new players spawn.

  • Village name changes.

  • Villages destroyed, chiefed, or turned into Natars.

  • Alliance switches or departures.

  • Oases released from ownership.

Vicinity reports cannot be cleared or deleted.

Automatic Deletion of Reports

Reports are automatically deleted after a set period.
Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

  • Reports may be deleted after 3 days.

  • The 30 newest reports are kept automatically.

  • Archived reports are never deleted.
