What is an Event Jam?
If you see a countdown stuck at 0:00:0 or game actions taking longer than usual, you are likely experiencing an event jam.
This happens when the server is temporarily overloaded and cannot process all in-game events quickly enough.
Event jams can affect:
Battles, building upgrades, or any timed actions
Game page loading speed
Your connection stability
Even though these delays are temporary, they impact all players on the affected gameworld until resolved.
How Long Does It Last?
Event jams are usually fixed quickly, but in rare cases may take longer.
Our team continuously monitors all gameworlds and applies fixes as soon as possible.
The more active players a world has, the more complex the fix can be.
What You Can Do
Event jams occur server-side, so players cannot directly fix them — but you can help minimize the load and avoid worsening the issue:
Recommended Actions
Do not refresh the game repeatedly. Every refresh adds more server requests and increases the load.
Avoid sending new commands (troop movements, constructions, etc.) during a jam — they will likely be delayed as well.
Do not cancel ongoing upgrades or builds. You may lose part of the resources used and add even more strain to the server.
Adjust trade route timing. Avoid setting them exactly on the full hour (e.g., 8:00, 9:00). Instead, use uneven times like 8:07 or 9:23 to reduce simultaneous load peaks.
