Consumable items are single-use hero items that are consumed immediately when activated. Some are used one at a time (like a Bucket to revive the hero), while others can be used in multiples (like Scrolls or Ointments).
Artwork
Effect: Instantly adds Culture Points (CP) to your account.
The amount gained depends on:
Your account’s total CP production, and
The gameworld speed.
On x1 servers, the artwork grants CP equal to your daily production (up to 2,000 CP).
On faster servers, both the gain and cooldown scale accordingly.
You can use one artwork every 24 hours on x1 servers (shorter cooldown on faster worlds).
No artwork drops from adventures during the first 14 days after account activation.
Special rule – Northern Legends:
In the Annual Special 2024, the Philosophy alliance bonus increases both the CP limit and gain from artwork.

Small Bandages
Heal up to 25% of your troop losses after battle.
Must be equipped before combat.
You need one Small Bandage per unit healed.
Healing takes at least 24 hours or the travel time of returning troops if it’s longer.
If you don’t have enough bandages, all troop types are healed proportionally; any leftover bandages are used from left to right.
Example:
You attack with 100 Clubswingers and 100 Axemen, losing 60 of each.
With 20 Small Bandages, you’d restore 10 Clubswingers and 10 Axemen.
With 21, you’d get 11 Clubswingers and 10 Axemen.
Bandages
Heal up to 33% of total troop losses.
Work the same as Small Bandages, but with higher recovery potential.
Must also be equipped before battle.
Healing time and distribution rules are identical (minimum 24 hours or return time).
Example:
You attack with 200 Swordsmen and 100 Theutates Thunders, losing 60 Swordsmen and 30 Thunders.
With 40 Bandages, you’d restore 20 Swordsmen (33%) and 10 Thunders (33%).
Book of Wisdom
Effect: Resets all hero attribute points to 0.
Allows you to redistribute them freely.
Use it strategically to switch between fighting, resource production, or support roles.
Bucket
Effect: Instantly revives your hero for free.
Can only be used when the hero is dead.
Has a cooldown of 24 hours on x1 servers, shorter on faster worlds:
Cooldown = 24 hours / (RoundDown(Server Speed / 3) + 1)
Example: On a 3x server, cooldown ≈ 12 hours.
Scroll
Effect: Increases hero experience when used.
Each scroll grants +10 XP.
XP bonuses from other items (like equipment) are applied automatically.
Multiple scrolls can be used at once.
Ointment
Effect: Heals your hero instantly when used.
The number of ointments used determines the percentage of health restored (up to 100%).
Use before battle recovery or after adventures to avoid downtime.
Cage
Effect: Allows the hero to capture animals from an oasis without battle.
Captured animals join your village defense for free and don’t consume crop.
Cages are used from left to right, one per captured animal type.
Released animals do not return cages.
Tablet of Law
Effect: Increases loyalty in the hero’s home village by 1% per tablet.
Loyalty can exceed the normal cap of 100%, up to a maximum of 125%.
Useful for preventing village conquest and maintaining stability.
Tips
Always equip healing items (like bandages) before battle — they won’t work otherwise.
Save Buckets for major conflicts when fast hero recovery matters most.
Use Artworks when your daily CP production is high to maximize their effect.
Combine Bandages and Hospital healing to reduce long-term troop losses.
Cages are especially useful early game for free animal defenders.
