The Town Hall allows you to hold celebrations, which generate Culture Points (CP) and can temporarily affect village loyalty during battles. Higher Town Hall levels reduce the cooldown time between celebrations, allowing more frequent use.

They are essential for unlocking new settlement slots and expanding your empire.

Types of Celebrations

| Large Celebration | Grants CP equal to the daily production of all villages, up to a limit. Also affects loyalty in battles during the celebration: – Increases loyalty reduction on enemy villages by up to 5% per administrator. – Decreases loyalty reduction on your village by up to 5% per administrator. |
The loyalty effect applies based on the moment of battle, not when the attack is launched.

Culture Point Limits
The maximum CP gained from celebrations depends on the gameworld speed and celebration size.
These limits can be found under the Culture Points tab in the Game Versions and Speed table.
Special Servers
On Northern Legends (Annual Special 2024), the Philosophy Alliance Bonus increases the CP limit for celebrations.

Destroyed Town Hall
If your Town Hall is destroyed:
Ongoing celebrations continue and provide their normal effects.
Queued celebrations will still start after the cooldown ends.
You cannot queue or purchase new celebrations until the Town Hall is rebuilt.
Celebration Duration and Cooldown
After each celebration, there is a cooldown time before the next one can begin.
The higher your Town Hall level, the shorter the cooldown.
