Game Rules FAQ

If you’ve been banned or are unsure how certain game rules work, this guide will help you stay on the safe side. Below are answers to the most common questions players have about account usage, bans, and allowed behavior.

Playing on the Same Device or Network

Can multiple people play on the same device?
Yes — but follow these rules:

  • Never share your password, even with family or friends.

  • Use a unique, strong password (avoid pet names or birthdays).

  • Do not save your password in the browser on shared devices.

  • Always log out of your account when someone else uses the device.

  • If you want to help another player, use the sitter function.

Can multiple people play on the same network or Wi-Fi?
Yes. The same rules apply as for shared devices:

  • Passwords must stay private.

  • Use the sitter feature if you want to assist another player.

  • Resource sending and raiding limits apply automatically.

Password Sharing & Multiaccounting

I didn’t use someone’s password / they didn’t use mine. Why was I banned?
Even asking for a password or telling someone yours is a rule violation.

My friend gave me their password. Why was I banned for multiaccounting?
Each player can only play one avatar per gameworld. If you log in using someone else's password, it’s treated as multiaccounting — even if they ask you to take over their avatar.

Can I register an avatar for someone else?
No. Players must create their own avatars through their own Lobby accounts.

Duals and Sitters

How do I add a dual?
Invite them via the Lobby system. They must accept using their own account. Never share your Lobby password.

I want to stop being a dual / switch avatars. What do I do?

  • If you're not the owner: cancel your dual status, then accept an invite from a different avatar.

  • If you're the owner and want to switch: contact support or delete your current avatar before accepting a new dual invite. Repeated switching may be treated as abuse.

Can I register a new avatar or restart?

  • To join a new avatar as dual: delete your current avatar first.

  • To restart due to spawn location: use the “abandon avatar” feature.

Avatar Deletion

Can support delete my avatar for me?

No. You can delete your avatar yourself via:

  • Options → Avatar → Delete avatar

Browsers & Add-ons

Can I use browser add-ons?
Yes, as long as they:

  • Don’t automate gameplay,

  • Don’t interact with game functions, and

  • Don’t modify game behavior in any way.

Which browsers are supported?
We recommend: Chrome, Firefox, Opera, Edge, Safari.
Using other browsers is at your own risk — especially if they automate actions.

Bots, Sellers, and Resource Transfers

Why was I banned for receiving resources from a bot or multi account?
Even if you didn’t know, receiving resources from bots, multi accounts, or sellers gives you an unfair advantage. This is still a punishable offense.

I only joked about selling my avatar. Why was I banned?
Messages about selling/buying avatars are taken seriously — even as jokes — and are treated as part of the selling process. Avoid them entirely.

Farming, Conquests & Private Farms

What is a private farm?
A private farm exists to benefit a specific player or alliance through raiding or conquest. This is not allowed unless the farm is in your confederacy.

Can I raid or conquer from allies?
Yes, within your confederacy — auto-protection applies.

What if someone leaves the alliance but still lets me raid them?
If they are no longer in your alliance/confederacy and let you raid them, it's considered a rule violation.

Can I raid inactive players?
Yes! Inactive avatars are fair game for anyone.

What if the player I farm is just bad at the game?
We review the context. As long as you're not exploiting or coordinating with them, you're safe.

I don’t have an alliance. Can I still be a private farm?
Yes. Even solo players can be punished if they're intentionally helping others unfairly.

Why was I banned for raiding a farm others also raided?
If multiple players in your confederacy benefit from a private farm, all involved can be penalized.

Responsibility for Sitters & Duals

My sitter/dual broke the rules. Why am I punished?
The avatar is responsible for all activity. Only invite people you fully trust.

Penalties and Bans

My friend got a different punishment. Why?
Penalties depend on:

  • Type of violation

  • Severity

  • History of past offenses
